The table below provides mixing ratios for obtaining E30 from E85 and regular unleaded or E10
For example to obtain 60 litres of E30 mix 16 litres of E85 with 44 litres of E10 or mix 21.2 litires of E85 with 38.8 litres of E0 (regular unleaded)
RON - Research Octane Number is the octane rating used in Australia
MON - Motor Octance Number is the octane rating used in America
Stoichiometric Ratio - is the Air Fuel Ratio that results in perfect combustion of all the oxygen in the mixture. For regular unleaded this ratio is 14.7:1
NOTE: E10 is not actually 10% ethanol in Tasmania (and probably elsewhere) it is only "up to 10%" for the past couple of years it's only been E1 (1%). So use the E0 column to get an accurate mix.
